A German company active as supplier of vibration equipment for more than 40 years is looking for partners. Their product range consists of a broad range of vibration machinery for the sorting, transport, filling and packaging of various solid and bulk materials, as
- Dosing channels, vibrating conveyors with magnetic drives, which offer a continuously variable controllability and hereby enable an accurate dosing of bulk materials. A classic example of this application is the filling of bulk scales or mixers.
- Vibrating tables which enable the optimal compressing and filling of bulk goods in containers, as pallets, boxes or sacks. Another use is the pre-compaction of entire pallets on which sacks or big bags are packed. This prevents the pallets from becoming repressed and deformed during lorry transportation.
- Screening machines, which have a wide range of applications in processing technology. As well as classifying bulk goods, cleaning and control screens are also of increasing significance.
The company offers single and multi-deck machines, as well as control screening machines. The machines are generally powered by imbalance motors and the screening result can be set optimally with the amplitude, shaking frequency and throwing angle. The screening machines with a broad range of screen linings are tailored to the cutomer's individual task.
- Sorting and organisation equipment based on vibration technology, which can be used to separate bulk goods and organise them into shapes accordingly. While bulk goods are conveyed, aggregate materials are equalised and even separated if there is enough space. This effect enables the organisation by size or shape, in combination with welded guide plates, chicanes or leads. The diverse designs and drive concepts are the basis for developing individual machines and systems for sorting and organising bulk goods.
- Vibrating conveyors for the loading and transport of bulk materials. The conveyor portfolio contains different solutions for vertical or horizontal transport.
All offered solution can be equipped with a broad choice of extras or branch specific materials to meet the demand from the targeted industry or individual end user, regarding different aspects as hygiene in food industry or wear of the material during the handling of hard and solid goods.
The German company is searching for distribution partners with established contact in local targeted branches which are automotive, agriculture, casting and steel, chemical, recycling as well as, food and raw materials industry. Additionally the company is searching for suppliers of machinery for the targeted industry, interested in the integration of vibrating equipment in new and existing processing lines. Targeted type of cooperation here are manufacturing agreements. The aim of the company is to to broaden their international market access and to increase the resilience against local economic downturns.
