A German SME specialised in the development of customer specific gluing solution and processes based on the material of several known manufacturers of self-adhesive tape offers development of connecting solution tailored to different materials, individual mechanical stress of the end product and production solution of several branches. The offered service portfolio includes: - adhesive tapes, material selection and consulting – the appropriate material is chosen independently as well as the material combinations. - Development of individual adhesive solutions – to enable the production of unique special solutions in the field of processing of self-adhesive vendor parts design, production machinery, assembly technology and manufacturing processes are selected properly. - Construction solutions – during the development phase of customer products the SME offers support in every planning and development phase of their client's product to enable long lasting connection solutions. - Automated application solutions – the SME delivers solutions from manual lever device to complex full automation. Already at the development stage the application requirements are taken into account and included in the development of the solution. - Production technology – The SME relies on the latest systems and processes to meet the flexible requirements of customers and to guarantee efficiency and a constant high product quality. If additionally required in view of the material or by the customer, a surface treatment, as e.g. cleaning, priming or refinement are offered. - Rapid Prototyping – if customers come up with components which exist only as a drawing, but need a solution immediately for the attachment in the joining process. The SME's 3D printing resources can be used, only CAD data is sufficient. - Rapid prototyping is also possible in the field of sample parts – if the material is in stock, production is possible within 1 to 2 days.
