METALWORKING SERVICES: • Laser cutting - Company can cut various materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and others. It is using three laser machines for cutting 2kw, 4kw and 9kw. Company can providing high quality cut steel and stainless steel up to 25 mm thick, aluminum up to 20 mm thick, bronze, copper, titanium and brass blanks up to 10 mm. The maximum size of the cut sheet is 3000 × 1500. • Sheet metal bending - Laser cut flats can be easily folded by company's press brakes handling material up to 3 metres in length and producing 100 tones in force. These tops of the range CNC press brakes have fast cycle times and produce bends of high quality. • CNC turning and milling - Company perform turning and milling using modern “machining center” (CNC). Programmable machines ensure maximum accuracy and shortest production time. Venture drill, deepen, thread, mill contours and form flat, cylindrical or conical, straight or helical surfaces. • Welding - TIG welding of aluminum, black and stainless steel in argon environment or MIG/MAG/ROBOT welding. For manual welding (experience more than 25 years), company is using Kemppi welding semi automatic machines with a welding current of up to 200A. A (MIG/MAG) ABB welding robot with an ESAB power supply is used for series production. In this way it keep very high quality level, great speed and excellent price. The current is up to 500A. • Assembling - Assembly service for serial products. Vneture assemble from the simpliest products to conveyors, chair mechanisms for different types of transport and industrial hoods. INDUSTRIAL BOILERS AND BOILER ROOM EQUIPMENT • Industrial boilers: Currently company make 4 type of industrial biofuel boilers to meet different needs of our clients. That depends on moisture of fuel to be used, required efficiency and automation. Power range can be between100 kW to 5000 kW. • Heavy cranes: Up to 40 tons of lifting power.
