Metal Carpentry and Mechanical Processing: Carpentry and mechanical metal processing is a field of the metalworking industry for manufacturing constructions, mostly from sheets and tubes. Company offers services for mechanical processing and production of stainless steel frames, closets, tanks, and other industrial equipment for production lines. Technologies: ● Laser, Guillotine, and Band Saw Cutting; ● Sheet Bending and Rolling; ● TIG & MIG Welding; ● Drilling Machines. Materials: Stainless steel round and square profile tubes up to 300 mm in diametr, and sheets from 0.5 to 15 mm thickness, width to 2 000 mm, length to 6 000 mm. Types of stainless steel: ● Stainless steel EN 1.4301 / AISI 304; ● Stainless steel EN 1.4306 / AISI 304L; ● Stainless steel EN 1.4404 / AISI 316L. Finished Equipment Manufacturing: The company provides equipment manufacturing services for Food & Beverage, Pharma, and Cosmetics Industries. The company will do it as a contractor or subcontractor if you need to manufacture equipment for a production line.
