Summary

A Spanish SME specialized in digital content for science has developed a tool for the generation of content and the production of a virtual booth to advertise products and R&D. Current situation has accelerated the digital transformation process at all levels. Presential events have almost dissapeared and now it is time to take more advantage of digital technologies to sell their products and services by entities.

An online booth is a game-changer when exhibiting physically is not an option.

At this point, a Southern Spanish medical animation studio focused on designing 3D science videos, scientific animation, interactive media and 3D medical illustration services, has developed a multimedia platform for the generation of content and the production of a virtual booth to show products and R&D.

A virtual booth is a space within a larger virtual event. The aim is to generate meaningful conversations with attendees. This platform is a marketing tool to advertise in a virtual way: static text, logos, banners, bid codes, video and even chatbots.
This virtual booth can be used for online conferences, summits, conventions and webinars.

Some of the main features of this technology are:

- Easily upload to the website and social media for maximum reach.

- The virtual booth may be 3D or page-based design. Either way, the attendee can engage directly with the exhibitor. Conversations can be instant, a contact form, or simply be a link to more. Often, virtual booth exhibitors will host live discussions or demos.

- Insertion of videos and visuals on virtual screens. Either a corporate video to introduce a company or streaming videos for webinars, the virtual screens can be adapted for every visual content needed to be displayed.

- Visualization and download of posters, publications, latest scientific materials.

- Guided tour to the audience with virtual tour and realtime communication with webcam.

- Integration of external contents to promote company´s pipeline. The website can be embedded or make other contents accessible and downloadable like company power points, videos or pictures.

- Interaction with medical devices through Augmented Reality.
