This UK based company developed this Windows-based digital signage software in 2009 and is in daily use in reception areas, airports, retail, restaurants, hotels, schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, factory production environments, holiday parks, tourism and casinos, across 31 countries.
Businesses and public sector organisations can design their presentations for the resolution of their screen, for example, to display information in a reception area on an LCD/LED screen in Full HD 1920x1080, in landscape or portrait. This software allows pictures, text, videos, animated gifs, audio, real-time date and clocks in any time zone, page-turning PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, PowerPoint scheduler, RSS feeds, iCal, scrolling text, webcams and other media to be positioned on a computer screen to create presentations, which can be scheduled to play out onto display screens, video walls or touch screens, at various times of the day or week. It supports Unicode for displaying country characters, and also supports touch screens.
Content can be updated from Internet websites and network drives, allowing companies to remotely amend displays in multiple locations from one central point For example, a restaurant chain could change its offers display for every location in one application from a head office.
It allows the use of either 1, 2, 3 or 4 monitors attached to one computer, and depending on the edition chosen, the software allows companies to display information across multiple screens, or play different presentations on each screen. There is also a standalone edition of the software that is ideal locations for non-networked applications such as on-the-road events and military use.
The range is composed of 4 products:
Standalone – non-networked signage software, ideal for military applications, primary schools, exhibition stands and individual shops, displaying text, pictures, RRS feeds, real-time date and clocks, for single display screen or touch screen connected to a Windows PC.
Standard – remote updatable signage software, which can display presentations for a single display screen or touch screen. Content can be updated and displayed from local network, from a website or remotely over the Internet at the Company’s secure server (use of server is free of charge).
Corporate – as standard plus the ability to display content from databases.
Media Wall – as corporate plus the ability to display same or different content on 4-screen video wall, ideal as a digital menu board.
