Description

A Finnish SME that has developed a data platform solution for sports and outdoors venue marketing and maintenance is considering expansion to Sweden. The company’s software is currently used by more than 60 municipalities in Finland. To accelerate growth the company is planning to conduct a market study in Sweden. For this the company is looking for capable partner/consultant that is able to deliver hands on information about sports and outdoor venue business in Sweden. At this point the company is looking for a partner/consultant to conduct a market study but if the selected partner can for example generate sales leads there is also a possibility for longer term co-operation. The executor of the market study will be educated about the market situation and the products of the Finnish company. The purpose of the market study is to gather information from Swedish markets to help the company to decide whether or not to expand to Sweden. Market study will be divided in couple of phases and each phase will be accepted by the company. Details will be agreed separately. The selected partner needs to have access to suitable databases and capability to perform interviews of potential target customers/competitors/partners. Market study can lead to deeper co-operation if the selected partner can provide for example lead/demand generation, company establishing, marketing or sales services.
