The company founded in 1996, developed the AR based software platform in 2015 as responce to the increased needs for traceability, operator guidance, production accuracy (industry 4.0). The software drastically improves the quality and standardization of manual processes. By digitizing work instructions, projecting those right onto the work area and tracking human actions, anyone is empowered to do the job. The software exists of 3 modules. 1. Digital work instructions: Paper manuals and protocols are fully digitized, creating one straightforward view with step by step based work instructions for easier use, better understanding and quicker updates. It ensures standardization and guarantees knowledge transfer so no info gets lost. 2.Vision Tracking Increase accuracy and reliability of human processes through the use of scientific-grade camera systems. The software ensures the right execution of tasks by verifying the exact position or inspecting products (shape, colour,…). Thanks to the automated inspection capabilities, handlings are locked in case of misalignment or wrong action taking. 3.AR | Ultimate process navigation Gives the operators the ultimate peace of mind by projecting visual instructions straight onto the workstation and track any handlings. As the process runs hands-free, it’s the most intuitive and immersive control system guaranteeing first-time-right. The software can by integrated with the existing business systems like ERP, MES, PLC or tools (battery tools, wrenches,..) All operator handlings are logged and translated into meaningful KPI’s. Dashboards can be consulted in real-time to identify problem spots and to make data driven decisions based on: operator performance, throughput time,torque results etc… The company has a solid customer base with well-known names in their client portfolio. They now want to expand their business and are therefore they are looking for business partners abroad in a commercial agent agreement.
