Description
The Luxembourg company, active since 2017, has developed and manufactured a water- and energy- saving descaler with a technology using CO2, for the treatment of limestone in water.
The technology developed by the Luxembourg company allows dissolution of limestone by controlled food-grade CO2 injection and has received the Efficient Solution Label from the Solar Impulse Foundation.
Compared to more traditional methods of descaling, the ecological product of the Luxembourg company eliminates scale embedded in pipes, heating resistors, bathrooms and finally skin and hair of final consumer. It provides non-irritating, more appetizing water, without removing healthy minerals and trace elements.
Carbon stays on the minerals and oxygen returns to the atmosphere when the water is used. This prevents sedimentation of limestone around products which gives more efficiency at a lower dosage. This reduces carbon footprint about 10 kg of Co2 per family per year, and allows substantial savings of EUR 1460 a year for a family of 4 in plastic water bottles, laundry detergents and salt water softeners, and of 10k liters a year of water being wasted.
The descaler’s case and module are protected under design, exclusive rights and copyright. The device was created using serial parts.
The ecological descaler of the Luxembourg company has received the Efficient Solution Label from the Solar Impulse Foundation.
The Luxembourg company is looking to develop its network on an international level and distributing partners for its ecological descaler. Under commercial agreement, ideal partner sought can develop its portfolio of sustainable products, to reach real estate developers, cities and water distribution networks, agriculture actors, as well as final consumer housing condominium syndicates.
