The Romanian company, located in the western part of the country, is a vehicle bodybuilder that covers a wide range of bodies. For the range of light vehicles from 3.5 tons to 7.2 tons it can provide absolutely everything the client needs in terms of structures on commercial vehicles. For this range, the company has developed its own standardized structures, which cover all the requests of the clients, which are designed for all brands and wheelbases of vehicles. A design group is involved in the elaboration of technical solutions for each concrete client’s demand. The main clients of the company are well-known vehicle producers and dealers, interested to offer their clients vehicle bodies adapted to their needs.
A very professional staff of specialists, with many years of practical experience, is a guarantee for the product’s high quality. The production infrastructure includes modern processing equipment. The client’s satisfaction is part of the company’s culture. The company has correct prices and is very careful in supplying the products just in time. The relation with the clients is flexible, they being involved in the process of technical solution elaboration. If necessary, the client is involved in the adopted solution validation.
In case of a manufacturing agreement the client sends the vehicle to be equipped to the company, body kits are designed and produced in the factory and then installed on the vehicle. In case of an outsourcing agreement, the clients are other bodybuilders, interested to reduce their cost by outsourcing the designing and production of the body kits. The client will install the body kits, received from the Romanian company, by their own specialists.
The company has current clients from Romania but also from abroad (Serbia, Bulgaria, and Croatia). Being interested to develop the business, the company is searching for new clients, for long-term cooperation, in the frame of a manufacturing or outsourcing agreement. The business partners sought are from France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the USA.

1. Type of partner sought in case of manufacturing agreement: direct vehicle producers and dealers interested to provide the clients with a complete vehicle – their chassis together with the body - equipped for specific applications. Role of the partner sought: The client sends the car to be equipped with the necessary body kit to the company, together with a technical specification. He can participate in the design process, being involved in the solution’s validation. 2. Type of partner sought in case of outsourcing agreement: vehicle bodybuilders interested to outsource some activities to another manufacturer of specific bodies, who want to offer to their client a premium lightweight aluminum body. They will get from the Romanian company a complete kit, with all necessary components, including detailed instructions for installation Role of the partner sought: He will get the orders from the final customers and send these orders to the Romanian company, which will produce the body kits requested by the final client. The partner will install the body from the kit received, make the validation of the complete vehicle, and deliver it to the final customer.
