The citizen will only continue his routine of throwing garbage in the bins on the street. Also, the logistics part in waste management has been a problem which they have found the solution through a software which takes data from the baskets such as filling amount, attendance, location and thus makes the forecast of last collection, statistics, and all necessary information. To encourage citizens to dump garbage in the right place, they can reward them with 15 minutes of internet (Wi-Fi) and ports for charging phones, for every dump of garbage.
