The extra virgin olive oil offered by the company comes exclusively from the cold pressing of the olives produced in their own farm. The olives are hand picked during the period of low maturity so as to preserve the higher quantity of aromas and natural antioxidants. The olives are then pressed in the company's mill within next six our after the harvest. This very short time interval allows fruits to preserve their own freshness and integrity. The result is an oil with a low level of acidity. Immediately after the production, the oil is preserved in special rooms at controlled temperatures in stainless steel containers wich protect it from the light and air action. The final products is bottled directly in the company facilities after a brief period necessary for its natural decantation. The final product is available in glass bottles of 0.75, 0.5, 0.25 and 0.1 litres as well in 3 and 5 litre tin containers.
The company sells its products principally in the domestic market but it also exports to Japan and Canada. It is willing to access the markets of other European countries, in particular Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, so it is looking for trade intermediares in order to access the market of these countries, under distribution services agreements.
