The Polish company, headquartered in Wrocław, having offices in Berlin, London and Chicago, offers: -IT Support and Services – Focused on Cloud Infrastructure management - Support its clients business to deploy the product to the world - Implementation of anything from client company email to deploying its apps - Relieving the infrastructure workload from Developers in order for them to focus on “Development” - Supports to save money, run client's infrastructure more efficiently and scale as its business needs change More specific offerings: - Micro-services Architecture using auto-scaling to scale up and down with demand - Security and GDPR compliance - CI/CD pipelines to automate your deployments and testing - DevOps best practices - Cost analysis and costs savings. The client's cloud bill can get expensive if not deployed properly - Automation: the company automate everything they can, from deploying the cloud infrastructure using Terraform to CI/CD pipelines for building and deploying clients code - Proper Development, Staging, and Production model environments using automation - Cloud native tools: the company focuses on cloud native tools to simplify deployments, eliminating unnecessary overhead and third-party vendors - High-availability production environment running efficiently - Enterprise level collaboration and project management tool implementations The desired outcome of the partnership would be to outsource a client’s Cloud/IT support to the Polish company on an ongoing basis. If the client is not big enough to have a dedicated Cloud support engineer, Polish company can offer part-time assistance on an hours-per-week basis. On a limited project basis also applicable. International cooperation is envisaged in the model in which the client would outsource cloud infrastructure management to the Polish company on an ongoing basis. Also, any other IT needs can be outsourced to The Polish company, such as developer positions. This could be available under a Commercial or Outsourcing Agreement.
