The product offered is a grinder / knife sharpening machine model with swiveling magnetic table (that can be supplied in 3 different grinding lengths: 1800 mm, 2000 mm and 2400 mm).

The main model available is an industrial grinder equipped with a swiveling magnetic table. The machine is available in three variants of grinding length: 1800 mm, 2000 mm, 2400 mm.
Sharpening angle is adjustable from 0 to 90 degrees. Proper cooling of the sharpened surfaces is ensured by a cooling system with a tank and a magnetic filter (magnetic separator) equipped with 6 neodymium magnets. The standard machine has a 7-inch HMI (human-machine interface) touch panel (functions on the panel in English), a PLC controller and a carriage speed control system.
The machine is perfect for sharpening special-purpose knives, where high grinding accuracy is required, e.g. guillotine knives for cutting paper. The grinder can be equipped with any grinding wheel for grinding knives with an HSS (high speed steel) insert, cemented carbide insert, or dedicated to numerically-controlled knives.

As additional equipment to the above-mentioned grinder, the company manufactures coolant separators that are used in metalworking machines. They produce magnetic and paper separators (with increased filtration efficiency). These add-ons improve the overall efficiency of the sharpening process.

The principle of operation of the machine is very similar to the technology used by machine manufacturers from Germany and Italy. Grinding the knives is done with a specially designed grinding wheel. The carriage of the machine, equipped with a grinding wheel motor, moves along the guides passing over the knife. The knife is set at the right angle on the magnetic table. The machine automatically assumes a certain value at the end of the knife, removing the appropriate value of the material with each pass. Grinding machines offered by the company are a high-quality product at an affordable price. The machines are easy to use, ergonomic and very efficient. Their grinders are designed for sharpening knives used in the industry: metal processing, wood, printing, packaging, and mainly the recycling.
