This South Italy - based company is the result of the passion for food engineering of a very greedy entrepreneur but also lactose intolerant. Years of research in collaboration with an Italian university led him to produce an ice cream designed to please everyone, also for celiac, lactose intolerant people and people with special dietary requirements.

The company offers an ice cream without milk product and gluten-free, made of 100% Italian seasonal fruit selected among the PDO and PGI products such as hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios from Sicily and liquorice and cedar from Calabria.

It is an ice cream without milk or substitutes of vegetable origin such as soy milk, almond, rice. It is also a product with reduced use of sugar. The selection of Italian PDO and PGI fruit is linked to water and a few noble vegetable fats, such as extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil. It is a 100% vegetable ice cream with high technological content, thanks to research carried out in collaboration with an Italian University and company with a long experience in the food engineering sector, which made it possible to produce a water-based ice cream, available in all tastes, from fruit to creams. The product is available in a wide variety of flavours: cocoa, coffee, cedar, hazelnut, lemon liqueur, liquorice, almond, mint, hazelnut, pistachio.
The wide range of products includes tartufo: it is a typical product of Pizzo’s (Calabria region) well-known gelato tradition, and it is characterised by a fluid heart inside an ice cream ball. Tartufo is also available in many flavours: liquorice with caramel heart; cocoa and dark chocolate heart; pistachio with pistachio heart; lemon liqueur with a strawberry heart; hazelnut with a coffee heart; cocoa with a mint heart; cocoa with sour cherry heart; cocoa with coconut heart
