Founded in 2006 in the Northern part of the Netherlands, this telecom company has grown rapidly. It has 10.000 business clients and is renowned for its business model in which there are no managers but all employees operate in autonomous teams with high autonomy.
Their product is a robust and complete online Voice over IP (VoIP) telephony platform. (Complete in the sense that it entails lots of features that customers can activate and control themselves).
The company services clients directly (both SMEs and corporates) and through resellers.
While already being successful in the Netherlands, the company is now looking for partners in Germany, to grow its business there as well. Cooperation sought will be under commercial agency agreement.
The local partner will be trained by the Dutch company and should be able to offer first line service and support and will be in the lead concerning commercial communication with the clients. Depending on the wishes of the partner, the partner can optionally also be responsible for billing to the end clients.
The platform is available in English language (not yet in German).
The Dutch company is open to visit possible German partners to further discuss cooperation possibilities.

The client is looking for partners that are active in the German telecoms market to work with and help them establish a position in the German market. These partners will be enabled to resell the branded product to clients. The local partner will be responsible to offer 1st line service and support and be commercially in the lead with the clients in Germany. Depending on the type of partnership the partner can also be responsible for billing to the end clients.
Possible partners receive product training by the Dutch organisation.
Due to the size of the German market, the partnership will be non-exclusive.
