Description

The company was founded in 2014 as a collaboration of Hungarian farmers. The aim of the company was to trade with grains, such as wheat, corn, sunflower, and to invest its profit in new fields related to agriculture and new developments. The first investment took place in 2008 in the mill industry. They took over the management and operation of a wheat mill in Hungary, which currently has the pouring capacity of 240 tons / day. This capacity is being ranked among the top 10 mills in Hungary.
The SME is a member of a corporate group, which has been growing since 1996. The main activities of the SME can be found in almost every field related to agriculture such as cultivation, trading, farming, operating the wheat mill, briquette factory and logistics. They work with well-trained and highly qualified professionals. The mill has advanced technology and an infrastructure background. They do their best to meet the expectations of the rapidly growing and developing agriculture industry.
The complex knowledge and more than 10 years of experience in the mill industry led to their latest investment, which is Hungary’s first gluten-free oat mill. Due to the innovative mindset of the company’s leadership, they started the R+D phase of the gluten free oat mill in 2017 and by 2019 they have started the production of their gluten free oat.
The SME is fully dedicated to continuously providing 100% gluten-free products, therefore they keep the whole process under control, from growing the crop on the field to transporting it with their own vehicles and processing it with advanced technology in the mill.
Regarding the technology, they have built out a full-scale system in order to produce high quality products. The grain goes under several separation processes in order to pick the best quality grains and remove foreign materials. They use screenings such as magnetic separator, rotating screens to differentiate the grains by weight and infralight to separate them by color. They pay the highest attention to make sure that the grains and products remain gluten free therefore they have built 2 laboratories where several machines are used for analysis, for example for ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) test.
The company's products are presented in three different forms on the gluten-free market:

• Oat flakes flour
• Regular oat flakes
• Premium oat flakes-jumbo

In the mill, they produce rolled flakes in 2 different sizes, regular flakes and jumbo, which are flat, irregularly round and textured. They already separate the cleaned groats by size and when processed, the whole groats of oats are steamed to make them soft and pliable, then pressed to flatten them.
From smaller flakes they ground gluten free-oat flour in different granularities for their customers.
The SME is dedicated to rolled oats since they cook faster than steel-cut oats, absorb more liquid, and hold their shape relatively well during cooking. Rolled oats are commonly used in granola bars, cookies, muffins, and other baked goods. While their flour can be used in a number of ways, including a base ingredient for extruded / shaped products, it can also be mixed with wheat flour to make oat biscuits, cakes and other baked products.
All of their products are available in 500 gramm and 25 kg packages. Transportation is easily provided if needed.
The SME is looking for partners such as cereal, muesli bar and granola manufacturers, bakeries and other distributors to sell or use the products on the local, regional, national markets under the frame of commercial agency and distribution services agreement thus the SME's products would gain international recognition.

Advantages & innovations

The entire production chain is under the company's own control, they have built and followed strict rules, which ensure the process, and products (from seed to oat flakes) to remain gluten free. They grow and harvest the grain on their field and transport to/from the mill by their own trucks, which are only used for this purpose. The company uses its own laboratory for continuous analysis. The mill has advanced technology, which allows the SME to separate the grain by weight, size and even color. The company is certified and complies with all international standards. They own a logistic department as well, which allows them to make transportation easy and their products accessible.

Commercial agency agreement is offered to partners who are able to sell the SME's products to bakeries or supermarket chains. Distribution services agreement is offered to partners who are able to use the company's products for the manufacturing of their own products. Transportation can be easily solved if needed in both cases since the company has their own transportation service.
