The frozen fish processing plant is using advanced processing and freezing technology and is specialized in pelagic fish species such as black and white horse mackerel, mackerel and octopus from the Portuguese coast, totally natural without any additives or preservatives. It can also process other species in agreement with its commercial partners (sardines, anchovy, seabass, meagre and others).
Its processing and storage technology (can store 5.400 tons of frozen seafood) assures the capacity to deliver final products all year round.
The company is looking to expand its international sales, inside and outside the European Union, mainly through two types of business cooperation:
-distribution agreements: would like to establish commercial contracts with international import/export traders, wholesalers or large retail chains, primarily dealing with fish products, in order to sell in the market its final products, such as frozen fish fillets and other processed products.
-manufacturing agreements: would like to supply its frozen fish products as intermediate products to other fish and food processing companies, such as canned fish industries, fish soup and precooked meals producers, in respect to their purchase orders.
The company is also receptive to discuss with commercial agents further agreements in order to identify new clients and accomplish international sales.
It is also interested to supply other industrial plants such as fish flour and oil companies or aquacultures with the unit’s fish wastes, byproducts and lower quality fish products.
