The company produces and sells patented steel heating or grill brazier using wood fire in two sizes, with or without bottom or separate piece of furniture, as well as accessories for outdoor cooking to restaurants, master chefs, and private customers. This product has two functions, outdoor heating and grill for cooking on a stainless steel round grill plate at the top, that makes the innovation. Design and quality of the products are also linked to a large range of delivered accessories (knives, cooking aprons, cutting wood plates etc).
The owner of the company has a very good understanding of the French upper segment market and is well introduced in the French cuisine world (master chefs). The customers are restaurants, and private persons, the sales are made traditionnally or via the SME website. Public sales prices for private customers vary from 1600€ to 3600€ V.A.T., complete with furniture. The demand is growing.The current production partner is only able to make small customized series. As the market is growing strongly, the French company is looking for a full-service production partner to manufacture large quantities of standard braziers, with or without stainless steel furniture in two different sizes as well as to handle quality testing, packaging and logistics. It is looking for a long term production partnership under manufacturing agreement.

Partner sought

The partner sought must have a good know-how of corten and coated steel production, and delivery of finished and packaged products (including the user instructions) on palets ready to ship to the French SME, which will label the parcel and send it as such to its customer. The partnership should allow first deliveries within january 2022. The first quantities are 30 pieces of each two sizes, with strong seasonal variations, and the quantities to produce could reach 200 to 300 pieces / year. The partner sought must be able to produce the addtionnal grill plates made of stainless steel, as an option on the top of the brazier, as well as the separate optional furniture. The owner of the SME plans to visit the selected partner in July or August 2021 in order to finalize the manufacturing agreement. After the first year of satisfactory deliveries the partner sought can be involved in the development of new products.
