Polish company is a small manufacturer of decorative cushions. The company has been established in 2019 and is located in the north-eastern Poland, close to the EU border with Belarus. It specializes in hand-made decorative cushions. The products are designed by and quality-checked by the business owner and made with great attention to details with the use of resources/materials that are safe, durable and of high quality. The portfolio includes cushions similar to: - food: donuts, popcorn, pizza, chocolate, hamburger, French fries, biscuit, ravioli, sushi, etc.; - leaves: maple leaf , philodendron gloriosum, black velvet, dragon scale, monstera variegata, etc.; - Kawaii-style items: cute and smiling animals with large eyes; - occasional cushions for Halloween, Christmas, Valentines; - and classically-shaped, decorative cushions. The company would like to diversify its business operation via establishing cooperation with foreign entities and introduce its products on new markets. The company is willing to provide items in small batches (maximum number of items depending on the product) to recipients (wholesalers/retailers) who are visited by conscious customers willing to pay slightly more for high quality of the hand-made product. When it comes to the potential cooperation, the company has selected the following types of commercial agreement: - Distribution services agreement - The company would like to establish cooperation with fashion brands’ distributors and/or wholesalers interested in hand-made decorative cushions. They should include the textile goods manufactured by the Polish company into their offer and present these products to the local clientele. The ideal partner should have hands-on experience in sales in and good knowledge of the textile sector and, preferably, an already established network of potential customers and/or distribution channels. - Manufacturing agreement - The company would like to establish cooperation with any type of company that is in need of a reliable manufacturer that would provide them with a decorative cushion manufactured in accordance with their design or designed by the Polish company. The desired outcome of this cooperation would be an agreement according to which the Polish company is given the opportunity to manufacture decorative cushions for a foreign company.
