The Czech SME is offering to companies that operate recycling yards or concrete plants, the expansion of their business activities to the production of concrete from 100% recycled aggregates, obtained by recycling construction waste. Based on the license agreement, the Czech company will provide the partner with the necessary know-how and recipes for the production of concrete from 100% recycled aggregates and the associated full support and advice. Recycled aggregates intended for the production of concrete are produced by crushing and sorting from inert construction demolition waste, both concrete and brick, or mixed. These recycled aggregates are characterized by clearly defined parameters, in particular their purity and the prescribed grain size. From this aggregate can be, with the help of special additives and admixtures and a specific production process, mixed concrete of strength classes up to C25/30. This concrete has better thermal insulation properties, lower bulk density and production costs are up to 20% lower than that of natural aggregate concrete. We all know that the resources of natural aggregates are limited and that is why their price is still rising, unlike construction waste. As part of the cooperation, the company offers an individual approach to each partner, precise preparation of test mixes and production support. The recycling companies can use a participation in a project of building concrete plants directly at the "recycling yard". The company is offering cooperation based on a cooperation agreement (license) and original know-how for the production of concrete from recycled inert construction demolition waste. The cooperation is suitable for small as well as large concrete companies from Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden.
