Demand for healthy food products is growing and markets are looking for new solutions to address various customers´ expectations. Gluten free, low carb and lactose free products gain their popularity, however, there is little to offer as for grain-free products.
Therefore, a Czech company has started as a micro business some 8 years ago in order to develop grain free bread and other bakery products. Alongside the development they also managed to develop portfolio of delicacy products. A know-how to manufacture delicacy products is now on offer via licensing agreement.
Grain-free delicacies include:
- filled rolls, protein buns, filled ginger bread, sweet and salted pies, vegan bread paddies and others, all gluten-free, lactose-free, low carb ithout starches and industrial additives
- Grain-free, lactose-free, soya - free, low carb hot and cold snacks. Soups, hot and cold meals, raw desserts, ice creams and fruit drinks are all part of this offer for bistros
- Grain-free pastries - naturally gluten free, low-carb, lactose-free, all with free range eggs, nuts, coconut products, fresh and dried fruits and dark chocolate.
The company seeks manufacturers of relevant food products that would like to enrich their current product portfolio and other prospects interested to manufacture the offered portfolio under licensing agreement.
