The company was founded in 1995 by employees of the Scientific Centre for Biological Research in one of the cities near Moscow.
It is a group of companies that allows not only to meet the growing needs of the laboratory service for high-quality diagnostic reagents of domestic production, but also to introduce innovative technologies of world laboratory diagnostics into the practice of Russian healthcare.
The company produces: reagent kits for biochemical research, immunoturbidimetric reagent kits, diagnostic kits for the haemostasis system and haematological solutions.
The main area of work is the production of high-quality diagnostic reagents for modern clinical diagnostic laboratories.
Today, the company produces more than 130 reagents to determine more than 50 indicators.
Liquid stable reagents for the diagnosis of basic analytes in human biological fluids, produced using both our own and foreign technologies under license agreements with foreign companies. The company produces: reagent kits for biochemical research, immunoturbidimetric reagent kits, kits for diagnostics of the haemostasis system and haematological solutions. Semi-automatic biochemical analyser, automatic glucose and lactate analysers produced according to licensed technologies of foreign companies.
At the moment, the company's goal is to participate in the programs of centralization and modernization of laboratory research in the Russian Federation and the presence of the company's products in foreign markets.
Company is looking for business partners on the European market in order to launch joint production and take a leading position in its market segment. The company wants to expand abroad with growing production and therefore they wish to find new partners - distributors, capable to roll out the products on their markets, based on distribution agreements. The company would like to establish a long-term cooperation. In order to carry out further development the company seeks international partners who are willing to give their support under financial agreements. The manufacturer can also act as product development and contract manufacturing partner with enterprises from various industrial sectors which reagents and added manufacturing for their production processes or retail market, therefore it could be offered a manufacturing agreement as well.
