The Spanish SME is specialized in the sector of equipment for urban waste collection since 2001. The company's goal is to maximize the task of collecting, which emerged after understanding the problems of the sector. The company intends to change the public's general negative view about waste collection. Currently, the SME has its products in the main cities of Spain, through agreements with the public administration (town halls).

They produce crane-lift, side-load, back-load, bilateral-load containers, underground containers, and street furniture among others. Medium density polyethylene recycling containers in different sizes and other waste logistic solutions:

-This bin category is sturdy and flexible, designed to minimize breakages
- It complies with the UNE-EN 840-2 norm for narrow interface trucks

Long-life crane-lift loading bins, 3000L
-The bin's hitch system is a double hook. The hook height is accessible for the operator (1,475mm).
- No need for steps, it prevents work-related hazards.
- The bin's useful capacity is optimized, having improved the real/nominal capacity ratio.
- Its short height avoids visual barriers when crossing the street

Long-life Kinshofer/bilateral loading bins, 3000L
- The bin's hitch system is bilateral, allowing single-operator control from the cabin using an automatic, automated hook on both sides of the road
- It is designed to prevent rotation and swaying produced by wind. Standardized and open to different truck manufacturers. An operator is needed on the street to handle the crane control.
- When unloading, it does not rotate around itself.

Lift-loading single piece system, 3000L (Plastic bin + underground containers with synthetic flooring)
- Container, top bin and emptying lids in polyethylene. Less dents, does not burn upon contact
- Low maintenance required

The objective of the Spanish company is to enter new markets with their product, through distribution and/or commercial agency agreements. The goal is to establish long-term relationships with these companies and agents that belong to the waste collection industry, such as waste management companies, urban waste container companies, garbage truck companies and any related enterprises. The company at the moment is involved in transnational cooperation, as it distributes its products in Portugal through a commercial agent.

In search of distributors and/or agents that belong to the waste collection/management sector. Some examples of this would be urban waste collection companies, garbage truck companies, waste management enterprises… and any interested party. The distributor or agent must have a network of contacts from this sector, and if possible, from the public administration sector in order to place the bins in different foreign cities. The partner's task will consist of: using its network of contacts to place the bins in the market by finding possible buyers, such as the ones mentioned above; negotiating terms of contract, and distributing them to the interested parties.
