The Polish company manufactures components for household appliances, refrigeration equipment and products for the power industry.
The company's activity dates back to the 1950s, where initially the company operated as a cooperative, but since 1999 the activity has been conducted in the form of a limited liability company.
The company carries out the entire technological process of producing refrigeration products, from raw materials to complete products with corrosion protection (controlling their quality at every stage). Their machinery park allows to perform all processing stages from straightening, cutting, bending, forming, welding, soldering and galvanizing with varnishing. Most technological processes are automated and supervised by programmable controllers.
Galvanizing takes place in a modern, fully automated technological line - suspended. The technological processes used allow galvanizing difficult details, made of several metals. The company has the option of dip or powder painting. The machine park ensures repeatability of production processes and multi-series productions. The galvanizing process is controlled by a well-equipped analytical and control-measuring laboratory, which has a salt chamber, an X-ray device, a spectrophotometer, a portable device for measuring the thickness of coatings.
The company operates based on the implemented and certified management system in accordance with the requirements of the following standards: PN-EN ISO9001:2015-10, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015-09 oraz PN-N-18001:2004
The company operates in accordance with the requirements of the European Directives: REACH and ROHS, which relate to the reduction of hazardous substances.
The company has extensive experience in international cooperation, has its representative offices in Russia, Ukraine, Estonia and Latvia.
