In 2018 it introduced modern technological solutions for the optimization of the production process and for the achievement of resource efficiency. The factory acquired high precision equipment using waste-free and automated technology, as well as specialized machines for processing waste such as textile, paper & cardboard, which enables it to close the production cycle. The recycling machines added to the production base of the company were a tearing machine, a blender & a filler machine. The SME has vast international experience and a capacity to grow and innovate. The SME is currently working on EU funded project with the following objectives to achieve: - enhancing its competitiveness, export potential & technological upgrade; - increasing the capacity and productivity of the main production processes, namely tailoring and fusing, sewing, ironing of production; – optimizing the execution of all production processes (cutting, fusing, ironing, sewing, finishing operations); – reducing production costs and increasing efficiency; – enabling the implementation of more sophisticated models thanks to modern technologies operating with a wide range of materials and the ability to use a significant set of programs, which will also allow diversification of the product portfolio.
