The foundry was founded at the middle of the 20-th century for the production of high precision castings for the machine-building industry in Bulgaria. For more than six decades the foundry has been exporting castings to global customers and it is well recognized and appreciated partner in the metal casting industry.

The main driving forces of this company are the constant improvement and development, the implementation of new technologies and innovations. The company specializes in the production of high quality castings made of grey cast iron according to EN 1561 (weighing from 100 kg to 8 tonnes) and high quality castings of nodular iron according to EN 1563 (weighing from 50 kg to 3 tonnes). It specializes in castings with medium and high degree of complexity in single and small series (approximately 30 pieces per month).

Moulds and cores are manufactured on the basis of furan technology and they comply with all of the technical requirements for each casting - configuration, complexity, size and weight. The foundry is equipped with modern advanced sand mixers, induction furnaces, shotblasting machine, sand regeneration system etc.

A quality control is carried out using a new generation vacuum spectrometer, metallographic analysis, machines for hardness, toughness, tensile strength, and moulding sand examination. At customer’s request magnetic particle examination could be done. All of the laboratory devices have undergone obligatory tests, calibration and certification by the licensed institutions. The company is capable of producing a wide range of wooden patterns and core equipment according to the requirement of their casting technology, providing class of accuracy from GTB17 to GTB18 according to DIN1685. The foundry can performs stress relieving of the castings made of gray cast irons and ferritizing annealing of the castings made of nodular cast iron.
