The Spanish company was born in 1988 as a manufacturer of capping technologies (capping machines, capping turrets and feedings systems) for bottling and packaging processes. The company also develops its own capping heads in order to specifically address the different sectors needs.
Main capping machinery features are the following:
-Designed for the demanding high-speed production, starting at 3000 bph (bottles per hour) and reaching a high output of 60000 bph (bottles per hour) with maximum efficiency depending on the number of heads installed.
-Supports a wide variety of caps in aluminum, pilfer proof, roll-on caps, pedi strip on glass or PET (polyethylene terephthalate), bottles and jugs.
-Hermetic closure and a perfect thread, tamper evident and upper infallible seal.
-Quick change formats, without tools, for different size bottles and caps to optimize production time.
-Automatic cap distribution in cap chute, designed for each specific individual cap and production speed.
-Synchronized with process line and operator friendly.
-Low maintenance, minimum greasing process and lasting durability.
The capping systems (cap sorting systems, cap elevators, pneumatic cap elevator…) are suitable for types of caps, such as screw caps, push on caps, oval caps, ROPP (Roll-on pilfer-proof) caps, pumps, trigger caps, etc.
The company solutions can be applied to almost any product that needs to be bottled and packaged using a cap: Oils, food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, cleaning, chemicals, wines & liquors, etc.
