Description
SME is located in an ecologically clean region of Ukraine. The enterprise began its work in 1972 and was designed on the basis of the equipment of the Swedish manufacturer Alfa Laval in accordance with national cheese-making technologies.
To date, the company is increasing its capacity, improving technology, attracting highly qualified workers and producing new types of products.
Products are made only from fresh milk on natural sourdough from leading manufacturers. The company does not use vegetable fats, reconstituted milk, milk protein substitutes, etc.
All products comply with the requirements of international ISO and HACCP standards.
The product catalog includes the following items:
- Author's cheeses (Bifidosyr, Bifisyr, Isabella Lfvender). Delicious and healthiest cheeses prepared using unique secret technologies developed and patented by the company.
- Eastern European cheeses (Dutch, Flemish, Smetankovy). Cheeses with a harmonious creamy taste and small cheese “eyes”, which we prepare strictly following the classic Swiss technology.
- Western European cheeses (Rafael, Maazdam, Radomer). Cheeses from selected milk with a pronounced sweet-nutty flavor and large cheese "eyes", prepared according to a secret recipe based on classic Dutch technology.
- Smoked cheeses. Cheeses with an exquisite smoked taste and delicate texture that are given by natural cold smoking with the use of fruit tree shavings.
- Ukrainian cheeses (Bukovinskiy, Domashniy, Zvenigorodskiy). The most delicate cheeses with a harmonious fruity-citrus taste and small cheesy “eyes”, which appear due to premium Danish sourdough and a set of special bacteria for accelerated maturation.
- Young cheeses with a mild citrus-straw taste.
- Butter made on the basis of natural pasteurized cream from selected farm milk.
