A Spanish training centre specialised in food technology offers its expertise and know-how to organisations preparing proposals to KA2 Erasmus + programme.
The main goal of the organisation is to prepare the workforce to the different skills required by the Food industry, as well as update the skills of the active workers for their alignment with current needs and future scenarios in the industry (as Digitalization and Sustainability topics). Main training topics could be classified in i) Processing and production; ii) Food Quality; iii) Hygiene and Food Safety; and iv) Food lab. In relation to the training of unemployed people, the organisation delivers different Professional Certificates (Meat and Dairy industry, Preserves, Auxiliary operations, ..), DUAL programmes, with practical training working directly in a Food SME, also manage practices in companies as well as a job listing. For active workers, it provides tailored educational programmes for companies, open courses series as well as technical seminars. So, the organisation owns large experience on Food training, possess huge know-how and educational materials that want to share and expand through EU using the KA2 Erasmus + programme by means of research cooperation agreements.
