A small, family-owned company located in the north-western part of Poland operates in the agriculture industry and specialises in growing hazelnuts. They have a farm which is 2ha large and produces up to 5 tonnes of nuts per year. The firm offers a variety of hazelnuts, including Barcelona and Halls Giant cultivars. The nuts are picked and packed by hand.
The company would like to expand its client base and enter new markets. Thus it looks for foreign distributors of its products. Their role is to promote and distribute the solution through their channels and find new customers. The firm, in turn, is responsible for producing the ordered nuts and supplying them to the distributor.
The company is also open to long-term cooperation with producers of hazelnut-containing goods such as cholates, candy bars, cocoa spreads etc. Under the manufacturing agreement, a partner must specify the type and quantity of the hazelnuts and the frequency of deliveries. Conversely, the firm's task is to deliver them according to the order.
