Description
The Company is an independant leading French business operating in the renewable energy market. Family-owned, the company based in Southern France has a national footprint and delivers its products and services throughout the French territory. The company develops and builds photovoltaic power plants on behalf of third parties, mainly for investor asset managers, but also for owners of lands and large roofs (minimum 600 m2) who wish to invest.
The company operates 3 divisions delivering all phases of a project :
• A development business unit, in charge of the development of power generation plant projects. The division looks for settlement sites, lands, existing roofs or the need to build a building for a farmer for example.
• A technical business unit, in charge of coordinating the construction of power plants ordered by the customers, as well as monitoring the production and maintenance of these power plants.
• An exploitation business unit which manages the production of electricity, exclusively based on renewable energies, on behalf of the Company’s client projects. The electricity produced is sold to electricity suppliers.
Driven by the booming of the renewable energy market, the Company has delivered an annual two digit percentage growth for the last 4 years and is looking to expand in new geographies.

• Commercial partnerships:

• Industrial partnerships
An industrial contract agreement that will benefit both parties by doing business together in a specific market where a party has a geographical footprint (construction contract agreement, engineering contract agreement, procurement contract agreement, supplier contract agreement, outsourcing services contract agreement
• Technology partnerships
A technology contract agreement that will benefit both parties by doing business together in a specific market where a party has a geographical footprint
