The subcontracting services offered by the company include a full range of energy audits: preliminary, short, and detailed energy audits (energy trump card); consulting and engineering services for financial institutions and investors in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources; preparation of feasibility studies related to energy technologies and technologies related to the field of improving energy efficiency; preparation of feasibility study and feasibility of renewable energy and the construction of power plants; consulting and making all kinds of project documentation (General, preliminary, major projects and projects executed state); consulting in the field of preparation and implementation of energy management in industrial companies and local level (municipalities and towns).

A typical audit by the company's team includes thermal imaging study of facilities; analysis of work and efficiency of the installed boiler; lighting systems; measurement and analysis of quality of supply voltage input and nature consumer load. After completed energy audit a project of conceptual design for reconstruction of inspected systems is proposed with an estimation of the total investment cost for proposed measures and payback period.

The company is also offering subcontracting service agreement in the area of energy efficiency to the financial institutions: The company is providing support for the expansion of the energy (energy efficiency/renewable energy) loan portfolio. The aim of the participating bank is to use the funds for loans to households and SMEs. The company is engaged to verify the energy savings and CO2 emission reductions resulting from both types of measures. While standard measures are covered by a monitoring & reporting tool – which is being implemented by a third party independently of this project, non-standard measures require individual energy audits (e-audits) developed by the company.
