The original company was established in 1929 for the construction and repair of special agricultural machinery, and is now a reality of international concern which boasts among its customers world famous companies: through continuous transformations, the company has specialized over the years in the design and construction of “turnkey” assembly lines, robot cells, independent workstations and end of line stations for testing and validation of production processes; starting from 1998, due to the great demand of the market, it has diversified its production range and is now a group active in the automotive, electronic and mechanical sector and has recently developed solutions specifically designed for the healthcare sector.
The company designs and manufactures flexible assembly solutions for pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries, vision care market and consumer goods. Its semi and fully automated production systems are based on a modular structure composed of proven standard components and customer specific processes. The standard platforms can be equipped with different standard operative groups for different tasks (assembly, screwing dosing, welding and others), according to customer requirements. This guarantees consistently improved production both in terms of performance and reliability, and is particularly efficient when there is need to assembly very small components.
For example, its solutions are currently already applied in the assembly of rapid Covid diagnostic tests; devices applied in dialysis and also for manufacturing of protection masks (FFP2 and 3, N95 and surgical masks), etc…
Being an automatic assembly technology it is particularly fit for industrial lines manufacturing high quantities of devices often made up of very small components. Its experience in the current COVID crises brought to application of its technology in the production (240 pcs per minute) of Covid diagnostic kit (swab) and protection masks, with a great increase in the number of pieces and a sensible reduction in production time.
The company is already working with international partners in many different industrial sectors, and is willing to expand in the medical device sector, that represents a new market.
The company is looking for manufacturing companies interested to settle commercial agreements with technical assistance to introduce automatic assembly machines in the production of medical devices: the company will provide highly specialised technical assistance service and the partner will be a key player to introduce the technology in a new and particular sector such as the medical one.
