The company wants to expand into new markets and grow the business and therefore is looking for new foreign partners. The company requires services of trade partners: representatives under commercial agency agreement and resellers/franchisees under franchise agency agreement. The Polish company as a franchisor will provide marketing and training suport.
The company intends also to cooperate with industrial partners such as building designers in lighting range, luminaires and companies that deal with lighting assembly . The Polish company offers its expertise in designing and production of lighting systems. It is offering also to become a subcontractor. Manufacturing or subcontracting agreement will be offered in this case.
