The Spanish company is a young innovative company founded by two women scientists with extensive experience in Food Science Research with 20 years of accumulated experience and with more than 10 patents, created as result of a tech transfer agreement with their parent research institute (Spanish scientific research council CSIC) and Francisco de Vitoria University UFV).
Dedicated to disruptive innovation for the agri-food and gastronomic sector, the company focuses in developing new ideas, providing new solutions to the challenges proposed by the food system worldwide, committing their new products to comply with health improvement and sustainable production/consumptiom pre-requisities.
After having accomplished their tech platform development stage and having established a network of suppliers and partners at national level to design their supply chain, and at the same time, counting with clients , distributors and chefs for its value chain actitivies, covering online and traditional market channels; the company enters now a new stage regarding internationalization, based in its worldwide exclusive rights to exploit the industrial secret of a new plan-based ingredient, under a registered trademark.
Willing to boost their product internationalization, the company has initiated its firsts steps to reach new markets. Eu countries in particular, Germany and the Netherlands are under their preference to stablish links, connections and collaborations with food agents (manufacturers, distributors, chefs....).
