The French SME is specialized in the production and distributions of machines and software connected to paper and carboard SME industries. The best seller product of the company is the MAC 1400 E machine. This French company designs, manufactures and sells its machine in France. Therefore, the company wishes to set up a commercial network in Europe. It is looking for: distributors and industrial partners already involved in paper and carboard industries. Very versatile, the machine is also easy to set up : • From simple boxes to pads • From pads to Maltese cross boxes • Several boxes accross the board to optimise speed and waste • All in the space of a few minutes. Produce a great variety of boxes in a single run: • Creasing in both directions • Longitudinal and cross cuts • Slitting, flap cutting • Special cuts (subject to machine version): • handles, • Maltese cross cases • Edge to edge flaps • Marking (numbers/letters/symbols…) The machine has as standard equipment: *Automatic feeder (manual feeding also possible), *Cross cutting and creasing, cross cutting can be as wide as the board, cut width 4mm or 8mm, *Guillotine and Gluing flap cut. Some options are available: *Die cutting press 200*1400mm (can be used to cut handles and holes and/or to do ink marking (numbers/symbols)). *Oscillating knives to cut the board lenghtwise at will making Maltese cross boxes very quick to make. *Feeder with automatic rectification : unables the use of less straight board piles and even the use of a pile on a pallet. *Delivery – waste and finished boxes delivery.
