The Romanian company operates since 2017 in the sector of the production of metal structures and wooden components. For wood processing and for general manufacturing the company operates with several machines and one 3-axis CNC router ( 2000x1000x120 mm active dimensions) For steel processing, the company has all the usual machines for cutting, MIG welding and finishing and also a CNC plasma cutter (2250x1500 mm) All furniture is made with advanced processing equipment and computer numerical control, ensuring accuracy, quality and production on schedule. The Romanian company follows careful procedures to make sure that end customers never end up with a defective product or a missing part. The construction process is computerized to avoid the possibility of human errors. The company uses a wide range of materials in production: - boards (melamine, medium-density fibreboard, high-pressure laminate, plywood); - solid wood (birch, ash, oak, pine); - marble (worktops, sinks); - glass (matt, clear, tempered); - metal (painted, glossy); - light (LED - light-emitting diode, spot, luminescence). The products offered by the company are: - stave panels from solid wood manufacturing made with continuous and discontinuous models. The main prime materials are pine, birch, and oak. - various furniture components, such as table or chair legs, table tops, flattened parts of beds and other wooden furniture parts. - small and medium series of furniture already launched - prototypes from combined wood and steel by own ideas - gates, fences, rails, stairs and other unique smaller products to the requirements of the client, by cutting, drilling, welding, notching, sheering, folding by press process and polishing of any metal. The company is offering its services to international partners in wood processing and metal works in medium- and long-term projects under manufacturing or subcontracting agreements.
