A young Serbian startup founded in 2020 has developed an innovative software solution for optimizing investments in agricultural production and forecasting the final financial results of production. The solution saves farmers in necessary inputs by 30% and prevents loss of profit by 15%.
The product was born from the real need of both groups of users, farmers and companies, that offer the necessary products, services to solve the problems of efficient organization of agricultural production that arise every production season.
It was created on the basis of 25 years of experience in the organization of agricultural production, production and trade of agricultural products around the world, as well as working with farmers and companies.
It was tested with the participation of 75 farmers and 30 companies that represent the average profile of future users. Based on the obtained test results, it was confirmed that both groups of users are willing to use the tool (83% of farmers and 100% of companies).
The product is ready for the market.
The solution is based on the use of AI, which is used to create, collect and select the most favorable personalized offers of goods and services according to the request of each individual farmer.
With its product, the company solves the problem of farmers who plan to invest in one- year crop and vegetable production The product is a digital guide for farmers to invest in agricultural production.
Digital guide allows farmers to collect the best offer of goods and services (seeds, planting material, fertilizer, protection, mechanization, labor, harvest, storage, transport, insurance, loans...) in a simple, fast, favorable and fully automated way.
The guide was created exclusively based on insight into the production plan of each individual farmer.
The company's product saves farmers more than 100% of the time needed to gather necessary production information, reduces the risks of making wrong investment decisions by 50%, and achieves savings in necessary inputs up to 30%, also reduces the risk of profit loss up to 15%.
With its digital platform, the company solves these problems of farmers by increasing comfort in the organization of production by automated collection and processing of information about goods and services from 18 different activities that have an impact on the final result of production.
On the other hand, the digital platform solves the problem of companies that monitor agricultural production in such a way that it enables them to see the individual production plans of farmers by creating completely personalized offers of goods and services directly on the platform.
The business model is structured on the basis of generating income from both groups of platform users: farmers and companies based on three different service packages: silver, gold and platinum. The average price of one service package does not exceed more than 1% of the total annual income for one farm of 5 ha with an annual income of 30,000 euros and amounts to 70 euros per one digital guide. For companies, the average cost of renting a digital platform on a monthly basis is 83 euros.
This innovative digital platform collects data on the needs of farmers and matches them with the offers of various companies that provide goods and services for agricultural production, creating a win-win solution for both groups.
As part of its development strategy, the company seeks agent in order to establish permanent cooperation through commercial agreement. The company will put on disposal to the agent all needed elements both for the farmers and for the companies – bidders.
The company is also looking for potential investors (Investment Agreement) who are interested in investing in the potential of rapid growth in the global market, whereby the strategic partner gets exclusive rights of representation and product distribution, as well as a joint appearance on third markets.
