The Dutch company is looking for producers who can supply fabrics, have experience in producing premium clothing and who can deliver at least 1000 pieces clothing in different colors and sizes. The Dutch company wants to produce the following products:
- Jacket, down filling, sustainable down, or perfect imitation down
- Smart-travel suit: blazerjacket, gilet, pantalon.
- Smart jogging suit: hoodyjacket, sweater, joggingpantalon.
- Brand t-shirts / longsleeves with chestlogo and refined plain with just a small sophisticated label/badge at the chest.
- Cotton plain t-shirts: aloe vera finishing-treatments for a super soft experience.
The Dutch company wants to invest in a good relation with the right manufacturing partners. They are looking for a partner meeting the following requirements:
- Manufacturer understands the level of quality as the design, fit, fabric, finishing, seams, yarns, thickness of the needles and yarn-tension during stitching process. That it all goes hand in hand in every single piece and details, outside and inside which are both part of the product and brand experience.
- Understand the characteristics and behaviour of the smart fabrics like the 4-way-stretch materials like innovated eurojersey-like materials: eurojersey-blends , bonded / double faces fabrics, with wool / cotton tricot and other ingredients for optimal performance.
- Prefer sustainable materials with very good quality, not necessarily recycled fabrics, but fabrics that can be recycled afterwards.
- Dutch company prefers fabrics with OEKO-TEX certification, as the eco-values are the acceptable European standards.
The future business partner should have experience in producing premium women clothing. After a trial period, the Dutch company is looking for a long-term manufacturing co-operation. A manufacturing agreement may be provided.
