Summary

The Austrian company is market leader for table and barstool frames and also uses their expertise for individual contract manufacturing of laser, stamped and embossed parts. Part of the production of stamped parts from sheet metal will be outsourced and a partner from the metalworking sector is being sought for this purpose.

Description

The Austrian company manufactures a comprehensive range of laser, stamped and embossed parts made of steel, stainless steel and Nirosta for various sectors, including surface finishing. Production ranges from very small batches to large orders. Strict quality controls are standard from the receipt of raw materials to the delivery of the finished product. Only high-quality raw materials are used for processing. The production of stamped sheet metal parts will be outsourced. The partner sought should be able to stamp and emboss with eccentric presses partly in several work steps. Likewise, on laser cutting machines, sheets of stainless steel 1.4301 up to 4mm and mild steel EN 235 JR upt to 8mm can be cut, these can be futher processed on millin machines and finally the surface can be ground. Furthermore, the components are to be riveted and screwed.
