The farm is 100% pesticide and chemical-free, with no foods or additives used in the growing process what would impact the well-being of the farm and local environment. The escargot are grown over a period of 5 to 6 months and raised on the finest quality plants which include a mixture of oilseed Rape and Chicory freshly planted each year.
