The French firm has built a huge expertise in the fields of game, motion, sound and user-experience (UX) design, storytelling, front & back development, educational engineering.
With front & back-end development capacities and expertise in educational engineering, the firm has combined the power of storytelling with innovative pedagogy to produce a catalogue of online awareness-raising solutions: short training modules focusing on "compliance", "management" and "security" matters. These solutions are intended for all categories of employees, in a very motivating and fun way.
These training solutions are available in two ways. They can either be deposited on the client’s training platform or LMS (Learning Management System), or they can be accessible on the training platform of the French firm.
- under access via LMS mode, the firm delivers a package in SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) 1.2 or 2004 format. The manufacturing of the package takes a maximum of 48 hours. The firm assists each partner user with technical tests.
- under access in SAAS (Software As A Service) mode the training is unfolded on the platform. Access to the training is made possible via an email link or SSO (Single Sign-On) (Google, Microsoft, other...). A training administration platform allows the partner user to access the results and download them in CSV format. This platform also allows the partner user’s administrator to send email invitations and manage reminders in multiple languages. The deployment also takes a maximum of 48 hours.
The e-learning catalogue is focused on compliancy matters such as GDPR, cybersecurity and anti-corruption. This catalogue originated in the repeated demands by major companies for an efficient e-learning solution. Thanks to the company’s comprehensive approach of legal issues, and its skills in storytelling and gamification mechanisms, it produced short and fun programs. They have been sold under licence to more than 170 big firms, as well as several SMEs. These programs have been followed by more than 1 million employees in France and other countries.
In constant development, new programs are being added, opening on other themes (Corporate Social Responsibility - CSR , economic intelligence, professional equality between women and men, right to disconnect, psychosocial risks (Psychosocial Risk Factors - PSR)…).
The company is looking for consulting or training companies interested in including these innovative solutions in their offers relating to compliancy matters. These cooperations could be put in place under a licence agreement.
Advantages & innovations
These e-learning programs are aimed at being distributed to all employees, to raise awareness among them about legal issues. They help embed new procedures as well as do’s and don’ts throughout the organizations.
These programmes are popular and they can be by legal and IT departments used in addition to conventional, face-to-face training: once the e-learning sessions have been completed, participants are familiarised with the subjects, vocabulary and procedures. This greatly facilitates subsequent actions.
