Description

Producer and a distributor of innovative wall heating systems, which is located in south of Poland. Company also implements many more traditional heating systems as photovoltaics or air pumps. This experience had led them to develop their own patented wall heating solution.

Their product is designed and produced locally, in their production plant.

The main area of application is wide, cause it is heating for all types of buildings. By implementing eco solutions Company creates Ecological, ergonomic and healthy single-family houses, multi-family houses, hotels, kindergartens, public institution buildings and hospitals.

Innovative wall heating consists of small heat sinks located in the collector in which there is a phase transition, thanks to water or electric power it allows to heat the gas factor.
Each tube works independently. The element can be concealed or already enclosed in a standard 12.5 mm thick gypsum board protected from the back with reflective paper.

The standard dimensions of the heating elements are 60 cm by 200 cm. It is a heat sink which, working at a low parameter of 30-45°C, which is able to heat 3m2 of space, so it is not necessary to occupy all the walls in a room.

The advantage of the solution is a very small water deposit because only 33 ml of water flows through one element into the water system. Therefore, it is only needed to use 10 liters of water for heating of a 100m2 house.

Because of modular design a fast mount of this system is possible, even in one day.

The wall temperature reaches about 31°C, it is a radiator whose heat is compared to sunlight, with no unnecessary circulation or convection.

A system that can even be installed in the attic slants where installing of other heating systems would be not cost efficient.

System is compatible with existing energy supplies like gas stoves or heat pumps. There is also a possibility to connect system to a completely electric product with a power of 230v powered by a 100w heater. This electric system works without the need to build a chimney, space for a boiler room and combined with a photovoltaic solution will create a solution that will also begin to pay back to the investor. The system is controlled by an intelligent control panel that can be connected to an phone app, and therefore controlled from every corner of the earth.

Company wants to sign a Commercial Agency Agreement Or / and Distribution Services Agreement with partners from abroad, who will work on sales, distributing and on implementing their system. They would like to enter any european markets of EU countries with their product. Main idea behind internationalization is to find agents or distributors, who will be interested in a long time cooperation and will help with distribution and selling solution to installers, developers and architects interested in their system.

Company has already some experience in sales and installations abroad, in their portfolio they have experiences with finished implementation, namely in Germany, England, Moldova, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Advantages & innovations

Wall home heating systems are considered as the healthiest solution for people. It does not lift dust and lack of circulation or convection are the advantages that positively affect human well-being and health. The aspect of small water content in the system (only 10litres to heat whole 100m/2 home) generates water and energy savings during exploitation. Comparing this system with an existing heating solutions, there is as much water in the innovative wall panels sufficient to heat whole house as in one traditional radiator. Comparing this innovative wall system to a traditional underfloor heating system it is possible to see a clear advantage, because of a very high inertia and heavy controllability due to the heating time. Wall system has only to heat a few millimeters of plaster to start giving heat to rooms, not a ton of concrete as in case of floor heating systems. As this system is mounted in wall panels it is perfect heating for hospitals or kindergartens where health aspects are very important. The product is hidden in the wall, therefore not visible and hard to damage. The advantage of independently operating radiation tubes is also a fact, that in case of any mechanical damage it does not damage the entire heating system, but is only weakening one plate by 15% heat capability loss. The product has a 30-year warranty.
