The French SME has been developing this truck wheel safety systems for years. It developed a unique system that greatly improves road safety, by providing a solution to a common problem for all heavy vehicles. As a matter of fact, many truck owners are helpless in finding a solution to make the wheel nuts of their heavy vehicles stay put. Loose lug nuts usually lead to wheels falling off, with potential heavy costs as well as to serious road accidents, many of them deadly. Statistic reviews from European database show trucks are involved in 15.3% of fatal accidents whose 5% would be attributed to the loss of the wheels. Some of them involves hazardous materials and passengers. The proposed patented solution is made of high-quality materials: • 6082T6 anodized aluminum square nut brakes that are installed on the wheel existing nuts. • A 316L stainless-steel cover, covering the nut brakes and preventing them from rotating. • Rubber soundproofing wedges to prevent vibrations. The system only takes 10 minutes to be installed on a wheel and 1 minutes to be removed. (see video attached). The French SME is looking for partners in Europe and North America interested to manufacture the product under license and distribute it on its market, under a manufacturing and commercial agreement. Distribution without product manufacturing can also be discussed.
