The private eye clinic established in 2008 in Brno is one of the biggest cataract and refractive outpatient surgery centres in the Czech Republic. Partner sought

The partner is supposed to be a reliable medical tourism facilitator able to bring foreign patients interested in refractive or cataract surgery to the clinic in Brno. The clinic will provide: - “Patient Questionnaire” to be filled in by each patient – including information on his/her age, anamnesis, eye disorders, dioptres etc.). The questionnaire will be sent to the clinic prior to the patient´s visit and will be analysed by the clinic´s medical experts to exclude patients not suitable for an eye surgery. - list of possible terms of surgeries and pre-op. examinations. The partner will: - just arrange the contact between the patient and the clinic (and the patient will then organise transport, accommodation and other activities on his/her own), or - provide all-inclusive package to the patient (including organisation of transport, accommodation, excursion to the city of Brno, etc.). The clinic will only provide medical services to the patient. The clinic will not organise transport, accommodation or a city guide, etc.
