High-quality, thermo-stable fillings are perfect for confectionary and baking, ect. 2.Dry fillings Dry filling is a perfect solution for baked goods, as it becomes ready to use after adding water. The filling is bake stable and retains moisture, flavor and aroma long after baking. Dry poppy seed filling is made from high-quality stabilized poppy. It has a balanced taste and consistency of the filling, as well as a pleasant structure in the finished product, because the filling is evenly distributed inside the product, which minimizes the formation of voids. Cold swelling modified: E1414, E1422 Cold swelling starch is effective in processes where viscosity is required in low-temperature liquids, as it better withstands thermal and mechanical effects, binds more water and, as a result, gives the product a higher viscosity. 5. Wheat gluten It is used as an additive in baking industry, improvements and technological characteristics of the product, increasing stability and in particular the improvement of the dough gas retention power.
