Being present on the domestic market over 25 years and using an ancient source that has been known since Roman times, the company holds the reputation of one the nation’s highest class water producers, with a great number of people visiting the actual location in order to benefit from the environment’s healing properties. The calcium magnesium water contains a wealth of minerals which are in ideal ratio, making it unique by quality – clear, clean, and easy-drinking mineral water. With over twenty distributors and excellent coverage of the domestic market, the company has set the next goal of entering foreign markets and exploring the opportunities of international brand promotion based on its strategic competitive advantages. • Commercial agency agreement – tapping new markets and increasing market share by collaborating with entities that have detailed insight into specific areas, thus are able to mediate contracts with wholesalers that would be interested in the company’s product lines. • Distribution services agreement – addressing the retailing aspect of international trade with the support of the distributors that would bring the brand and the products closer to the broader audience such as micro businesses, small companies, as well as individual buyers as physical entities.
