The company was founded in 2011 in Saxony, Germany, and has one mission: "To make the world in which they live a better place". It is specialized in the development of technologies for the sustainable management of energy, waste, and nutrition problems. Over the last 9 years, the team of experts has successfully introduced a plastic recycling technology, which allows the processing of plastic waste into energetically recyclable and tradable oil and gas. Now the serial production of the plastic recycling plant has started.
About the technology:
The plant itself consists of modules. Each module can process 1,000 kg of plastic waste per day, which can be converted into 1,000 litres of oil. The modules are upscalable.
1 kWh per kg of plastic waste is needed. One module including a complete entry periphery is delivered in a mobile 20 ft container.
Optionally, the plant can be delivered in a 40 ft container for up to 5 modules. One entry periphery can supply up to 3 modules.
Polyolefins are processable: PE, PP, LDPE, HDPE
The plant itself has a fully automated entry system. If required, the input material is shredded and then automatically fed into the process. The optional granulator grinds large raw materials into processable granules.
Heart of the plant is the intricately controlled reactor. Here, the long-chain hydrocarbons of the plastic waste are converted into short-chain hydrocarbons - i.e. into oil. Optionally, the plant can supply itself with the extracted fuel via a generator.

Sample Plants:
To show any future clients local machines in operation, the partner will have to order one unit of the technology for each licensed country. This can be a client's plant, but it needs to be firmly ordered at the time of signing the contracts of the distribution partner account.
Sales Targets:
The partner will agree to defined sales targets for the technology that he wants to take into license. The sales targets should reflect the size of the market in the chosen country and will be exclusive of any sales, the company or other partners provide to you.
Import & Installation:
The distribution partner manages the import, installation and processing of all local plants, as long as the partnership is active.
Support:
The partner needs to provide a professional support team, able to reach all potential clients in the chosen country within 24 hours, in case of technical problems or maintenance issues.
