A Spansih startup company was created in 2020 by a technical team with experience in the aerospace and industrial robotics sector. In order to provide educational centers and teachers with the appropriate tools to provide training in industrial robotics, they are developing a series of solutions that facilitate this learning in person or remotely. The main developments they are working on are:

- A robot with industrial capabilities, designed in the image and likeness of the most widespread commercial models. This product is totally focused on the educational market, both in terms of cost and design, as it allows its components and operation to be studied in a level of detail that is not possible with other brands.

- Training course for future teachers, with the training oriented towards enabling listeners to instruct others in this technology.

- Robot programming simulation software.

- Remote robot control software. A robot park located on their premises will be available for customers to program them remotely while viewing them via webcam.

- An online training platform offering short courses aimed at developing different skills related to the use and handling of robots.

The approach to this development is very new for this market, as the technology currently used is of industrial origin and involves great difficulties in terms of training.

They are looking for industrial or research partners willing to collaborate as developers, as well as investment partners acting as advisors, who would be offered a stake in the company to be jointly assessed. For technology cooperation partners they offer development, expertise and collaboration as well as a possible share in the company or in the profits resulting from such collaboration.

The technology currently used in the educational market comes from industrial manufacturers. Compared to the usual cost of these robots (from €15k onwards), the product offers the same functionalities from €7k. This puts this technology within the reach of many schools that would otherwise not be able to afford it. At the same time, the continuous leasing approach facilitates access to technology that is always up to date. The company's equipment is sized for purely educational work, with a precision, response time and IP protection index in accordance (lower than industrial equipment, which is always oversized). In the same way, by means of this remote programming programme, they could further reduce costs and avoid the need to have a physical robot on the center’s premises. To complete the support offered, training programmes could enable a school's teaching staff to be trained in a short period of time.
